We have been owners in sunny south Maui's ocean front Wailea Ekahi Village since 2000. In March 2004 we sold 47A and purchased 5E, a beautiful one bedroom, two bath oceanview condo a few steps from the beach.

Conni and I are Colorado natives, so Maui is a wonderful change of scenery for us. We began visiting in 1985 when we stayed in the hotels and condos of West Maui - Ka'anapali & Napili. Then, one trip we decided to stay in Wailea. We never regretted it.
We chose WAILEA because it is on the sunnier, dry side of the island. We chose EKAHI VILLAGE because of its oceanfront location, 4 pools, beautifully landscaped grounds, beach pavillion and Keawakapu Beach (1/2 mile long).
